When you play videos in full-screen mode, the Windows desktop and any open windows on the
desktop might be incompletely drawn on the screen, or Windows could stop responding.

Cause

Solution

The drivers for some ATI series video cards might be out of
date. In addition, ATI 2400 series video cards might not be
compatible with multifunction USB hubs, such as HP MultiSeat
t100 Thin Client.

If you are using ATI 4800 series video cards, update the
drivers. If you are using ATI 2400 series video cards, contact
your system administrator or system seller for more
information.

After unplugging an analog audio device, all active sessions become unresponsive.

Cause

Solution

Some MultiPoint Server station hubs that use an analog stereo
jack audio converter might need a driver update.

Make sure that your drivers are up to date. Do not unplug
audio devices while media is playing.
