Continuous Access Storage Appliance Installation and Maintenance Guide

Using Secure Path Manager

To use Secure Path Manager on a host:

1. Open Internet Explorer. 

2. Enter the URL in the Address box using the following format: 

http:// xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2301

(

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

 is the IP address of the host on which Secure Path Manager is 

installed.)

3. Log in using the following information:

■

User name—

administrator

■

Password—

administrator

4. Once Secure Path Manager is running, click File > New Profile.

5. Enter a name for the profile and click OK.

6. When prompted for a new password, enter the password you specified in 

step 3

.

7. When prompted for a host name, enter the name of node 0.

8. Repeat 

step 7

 and enter the name of node 1.

9. Click Done.

Secure Path Manager is connected to the Secure Path Agent running on the appliance 
nodes.
