Troubleshooting Approaches

You can diagnose problems on all HP 10Base-T Hubs by checking the LEDs
on the front of the hub as described in the section, “Diagnosing with the LEDs”
in this chapter.

You can diagnose hubs on the HP J3301A and HP J3303A, the managed hubs, by

By using the Browser Interface, a Web-based interface that provides a full
management environment.

By using the Hub Console’s diagnostic functions as described in the
