WARNING

Do not connect a 380 to 415 V ac supply to a 4-wire PDCA. This is a safety hazard and
will result in damage to the product. Line-to-line or phase-to-phase voltage
measured at 380 to 415 V ac must always be connected using a 5-wire PDCA.
