When ordering parts or requesting information, provide the computer serial number and model number
provided on the service tag.

This is an alphanumeric identifier that is unique to each
product.
(4)
Warranty period
This number describes the duration of the warranty
period for the computer for each of the following
categories:

Defective part replacement
●
HP authorized technician labor
●
Repairs performed at customer site for those parts
not eligible for Customer Self Repair (CSR)
