(6) Internal display switch Turns off the display or initiates Sleep if the display is closed while
the power is on.
NOTE: The display switch is not visible on the outside of the
computer.
(7) Near Field Communication (NFC) antenna* (select
models only) Send and receive wireless signals to communicate and transfer data/
info to and from your NFC-compatible devices.
*The antennas are not visible from the outside of the computer. For optimal transmission, keep the areas immediately around the

TouchPad
Component Description
(1) TouchPad zone Moves the pointer and selects or activates items on the screen.
NOTE: The TouchPad detects the force of the finger pressure
being applied while using gestures. Press your fingers down on
the TouchPad with force while gesturing to accelerate the
gesture motion.
(2) Left TouchPad button Functions like the left button on an external mouse.
(3) Right TouchPad button Functions like the right button on an external mouse.
