3 Select Segment>One-sided.
This display shows the one-sided window margin plot, with the segments
overlaid. The one-side margin plot is computed by “folding” all of the
distributions about the segment centers, adding the selected segments
together, and computing window margin from this single-sided histogram.
4 Click on the 7T segment (second distribution from the right) with the
right mouse button.
Note that the 7T segment has the worst margin of the various code
spacings.
If you want to evaluate the margin at a different error rate, change the
entry in the “Margin Level” box to the desired level. The level is always
indicated at approximately one grid line from the bottom of the display.
To report results in time rather than % of the half-segment width, select
WindowMargin>Display results as time.
