8481A
N(m)

er
sensor.
This
test
uses
three
setups.
First,
the
p o
w
er
meter
is
calibrated.
The
second
setup
calibrates
the
sp ectrum
analyzer
with
the
RF
preselector
in
b
ypass
mo
de
using
recall-8
on
the
sp ectrum
analyzer.
Recall-9
is
used
to
calibrate
the
sp ectrum
analyzer's
cen
ter
frequency
for
narrow
resolution
bandwidths
of
10
Hz
through
1
kHz.
The
third
setup
uses
a
syn
thesized
source
as
a
signal
source
for
the
test.
The
signal
is
sen
t
through
a
p o
w
er
splitter.
One
output
is
measured
b
y
receiv
er
INPUT
3 .
The
EMI
receiv
er
system
amplitude
resp onse
is
corrected
using
the
appropriate
amplitude
c
haracterization
data.
The
corrected

meter

the
