To avoid risk of electric shock, the Controller must only be connected to a supply mains with
protective earth grounding.

Do not use the Blanket beyond the expiration date marked on the yellow cable.
PRECAUTIONS
• Use under the direct supervision of a clinician.
• Monitor the patient’s vital signs regularly during warming according to institutional protocol. If vital
sign instability occurs, notify a clinician.
• Do not use the System with other warming modalities, i.e. Blankets should not be used in
combination with a heated surgical table or any other warming modality.
• Contact your customer service at [email protected] regarding disposal. This device should not be
disposed of with general waste at end of life. The device does not pose any potential hazard.
• Veterinary product, only for use with animals.
• Do not continue to use the System if a safety Alarm sounds after reset. See Page 11 & 12, Error
Codes: Alerts & Alarms for detailed troubleshooting information. Do not open the Controller. There
are no user-serviceable parts. If service is required, contact Customer Service.
The limited warranty is invalidated if:
The Controller is disassembled or serviced by an unauthorized person.
The System is used in a manner other than described in the User Manual.
The System is used in a manner other than described in the User Manual.
The Controller is installed in an environment that does not meet the appropriate electrical
and grounding requirements appropriate electrical and grounding requirements.
The Controller is grounded and attached to an un-grounded table intended for use with a
hyfrecator or equivalent devices.

1—IV pole mounting hardware, including the clamp and knob
1—Mains power cord
Reusable HotDog accessories/ connecting cables part A101 (Vet) are sold separately. If you intend
to connect two Blankets, two cables will be needed
