3) To reset the alarm history, press and hold both the
service button and the MANUAL
DEFROST button for 5 seconds.
4) Press the MANUAL DEFROST button to return to the menu screen. Press and hold
both the
button and the
service button for 5 seconds to exit the setting mode
and return to the temperature display.
g) Compressor Run Time (F7)
To display the compressor run time between the two most recent defrosts, follow the
steps below.
1) Press and hold both the
button and the
service button for 5 seconds. "F0" should
appear in the display window. Press the MANUAL DEFROST button until "F7" appears
in the display window.
2) Press the
service button to display the run time. The number displayed indicates
what percent of the time the compressor was running.
3) Press the MANUAL DEFROST button to return to the menu screen. Press and hold
both the
button and the
service button for 5 seconds to exit the setting mode
and return to the temperature display.
h) Not in Use (F8)
The display flashes "--" and "00" when this unused setting is viewed.
i) High Temperature Shutoff Temperature Setting (FA)
This value should only be changed after consulting with the factory. To change the high
temperature shutoff temperature setting, follow the steps below.
1) Press and hold both the
button and the
service button for 5 seconds. "F0" should
appear in the display window. Press the MANUAL DEFROST button until "FA" appears
in the display window.
2) Press the
service button to display the current setting (default: 163°F (73°C) for
refrigerators and 158°F (70°C) for freezers; Note that for °F, only the last two digits are
displayed and "-" flashes). Press the
up or
down button to increase or decrease
the high temperature shutoff temperature setting.
Note: The value can be adjusted between 149 to 167°F (65 to 75°C).
3) Press the
service button to save the setting.
4) Press the MANUAL DEFROST button to return to the menu screen. Press and hold
both the
button and the
service button for 5 seconds to exit the setting mode
and return to the temperature display.
j) Not in Use (Fb)
This unused setting can be set to either "AL" or "12". The setting has no affect on the
performance of the unit.
