Track loosener

To loosen the tractor tracks, all Pronto DC can

be fitted with track loosening tines or track loos

ening discs.

Track loosening tines

The working depth of the DiscSystem can be

reduced by loosening deep tractor tracks. The

track loosening tines are secured against over-

load by means of springs.

WARNING

Risk of injury from components under mechan-

ical stress.

Do not dismantle the springs on the track

loosening tines!

NOTE

Park the machine on a firm and level surface.

It must be possible to press the tines into the

soil without damaging them.

Set the track loosening tines to the top posi-

tion, if necessary.

Track loosening tines

Adapting tines to the tractor

Adapt the tines to the track width of the tractor.

To do so, loosen the screws on the flange

(1), slide the tines to the desired position and

fasten the screws again.

Adjusting the working depth

Loosen the cotter pin (2) and pull it out.

Vertically adjust the track loosening tines via

the row of holes (3).

Insert the pin (3) and secure it with the cotter

pin (2).

Adjust all tines equally.
