If an Error Code Is Displayed on SmartStacker

Sheet has not arrived at gate timing sensor 
 

The B251 was not turned on within the specified 

time.

Remove the sheet which is jammed.

Check the sensor LED. The LED is unstable if it is 
blinking, 

Check that there is not any object on the sheet path. If 
this error code appeared even though the sheet 
is not jammed, check the B232 sensor is not dirty. 
(See page 371 for the cleaning instruction.)

Sheet remains at gate timing sensor 
 
The B251 has remained on for longer than the 

specified time.

Remove the sheet which is jammed. If this error 
code appeared even though the sheet is not 
jammed, check the B251 sensor is not dirty. (See

The number of sheets between B251 and B260 

exceeded the specified number.
