If an Error Code Is Displayed on SmartStacker

Code

Description and Causes

Solutions

1503

Deposition of K503 Emergency Stop Contactor 1

Even though the S500 Emergency Stop button is
pressed, the contact points of K503 are closed.

Check the following in order:
- The Emergency Stop button is not pressed.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.

Deposition of K504 Emergency Stop Contactor 2

Even though the S500 Emergency Stop button
is pressed or the contact points of S501/S502/
S503/S504/S505 are open, the contact points of
K504 are closed.

Check the following in order:
- All the covers are properly closed.
- The Emergency Stop button is not pressed.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.

K501 Interlock Contactor 1 Function Error

Though the interlock circuit is closed (=all the
covers close), the contact points for terminals 21
and 22 on K501 are open.

Check the following in order:
- The Emergency stop button is not pressed.
- All the covers are properly closed.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.

K502 Interlock Contactor 2 Function Error

Though the interlock circuit is closed (=all the
covers close and S400 Emergency Stop button is
not pressed), the contact points for terminals 21
and 22 on K502 are open.

Check the following in order:
- The Emergency stop button is not pressed.
- All the covers are properly closed.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.

S520 Stack Table Overlimit Switch Error (Rear)

The S520 stack table overlimit rear switch was
activated.

The vacuum belt unit is lifted up.
Remove an obstacle which pushes the vacuum
belts unit up.

S521 Stack Table Overlimit Switch Error (Front)

The S521 stack table overlimit front switch was
activated.

The vacuum belt unit is lifted up.
Remove an obstacle which pushes the vacuum
belts unit up.

S541 Stack Table Upper Limit Error

The S541 stack table upper limit switch was
activated.

If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.

S542 Stack Table Lower Limit Error

The S541 stack table lower limit switch was
activated.

Stack Table Up/Down Timeout Error

The moving stack table is not detected within

the specified time by sensor B521, B522, B523,

B524, B543 or B544.

In case that the sheet is detected by the sensor
B524 even when the stack table is lowered, this
error occurs. Check that no sheet caught with
stopper.

B2 Stacker Count Over Error

The number of the stacked sheets exceeded the
preset number.

Remove the stacks at the delivery section. If
this error occurs frequently, check the B520
is not dirty. (See page 374 for the cleaning
instruction.)
