832T GETTING STARTED
1) Check to make sure no objects are placed on the
belt that will hinder the movement of the treadmill.
2) Plug in the power cord and turn the treadmill ON.
3) Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.
4) Attach the safety key clip to part of your clothing.
5) Insert the safety key into the safety keyhole in the
console.
6) You have two options to start your workout:
A) QUICK START UP
Simply press the START key to begin working out.
OR...
B) SELECT A TARGET AND WoRKoUT
Select a PROgRAM using one of the QUICK
PROgRAM keys or using the ARROW keys
(MANUAL, INTERVALS, MOUNTAIN WALK, WEIgHT
LOSS WALK, HILL WALK, CARDIO, CHALLENgE,
ENDURANCE CHALLENgE.CROSS COUNTRY,
ROCK CLIMB, FAT BURN, 100 KCAL BURNINg,
300 KCAL BURNINg, 500 KCAL BURNINg).
C) SELECT A TIME oR DISTANCE
Select a Time or DISTANCE using the ARROW keys
or use the Quick TIME OR DISTANCE keys. Once a
TIME or DISTANCE has been chosen, press ENTER.
SELECTING A PRoGRAM
•
QUICK KEY oPERATIoN:
Once you have started your
program you can quickly change your speed and incline level.
•
To RESET CoNSoLE:
Hold STOP key for 3 seconds.
•
FINISHING YoUR WoRKoUT:
When your workout is
complete your workout information will stay displayed on the
console for 30 seconds and then reset.
•
CLEAR CURRENT SELECTIoN:
To clear the current
program selection or screen, hold the STOP button for 3
seconds.
•
SCAN VIEWING SCREENS:
To have the display screen
rotate continuously (Time, Incline, Pulse and Distance, Speed,
Calories):
- Hold Change Display / Enter Button for 4-5 seconds
- Console will beep twice when activated.
- To deactivate, press enter one time without holding.
