Initial Setup 

2.1 

Charge Battery Back 

The battery pack (14) is partially charged on delivery. In order to ensure the full 

performance of the battery pack (14), charge the battery pack (14) completely in the 

charger before the first use. Observe the notes on the state of charge on the charger. The 

Li-Ion battery pack (14) can be recharged at any time without shortening its service life. 

Interruption of the charging cycle does not damage the battery pack (14). The charger is 

equipped with a temperature monitoring device that permits charging only in the 

temperature range between 0°C and 40°C. 

 

2.2 

Assemble the threaded mandrel / threaded sleeve 

The riveting tool is delivered without the threaded mandrel (4) installed. This must first be 

installed and the riveting tool must be set to the required tensile force or the path (stroke).

Mounting 

 

To set blind rivet nuts or blind rivet screws, a threaded mandrel (4) or a matching 

mouthpiece (2) must be installed. The mouthpiece (2) for the mandrel (4) and the 

threaded sleeve (4) are the same. It is a tool-free change system. 

ATTENTION: Never use tools to change a threaded mandrel (4) / threaded sleeve (4)
