Specifically, XCL8010 Controller Modules are
commissioned using CARE, only. Thus, configuring Excel

anything but CARE will falsify settings (e.g., sensor types,
sensor offset values, etc.).

The “Excel 800 I/O Module and XL12 LNS Plug-In” tool can
be downloaded free of charge (URL:
http://plugin.ge51.honeywell.de/ ) and launched from any
LNS (LNS3.08 or LNS Turbo) or LCA-based network
management tool, e.g., LonMaker for Windows or CARE
8.02.

Transmission/Updates
These variables are transmitted immediately when their
value has been changed by a higher rate than the
configured "send on delta" (default: 0.3 K).
These variables are also transmitted as heartbeat output
(default: 60 sec) on a regular basis as dictated by the
maximum send time (nciSndHrtBt) configuration variable.
