Station Name: Name of ETCS
User Name: Currently logged in user
System number: The ETCS Node ID – this ID should be unique on the network.
IP Address: The IP address, subnet mask, and gateway of the device. The IP and the gateway
should be in the same range. If you want to change the IP address to another
range, first set the gateway in the new range and then change the IP address.
Example: if you want to change the IP address to “192.168.100.23”, first change
the gateway to “192.168.100.1”.
VLAN The VLAN configuration contains ID, priority, IP address and subnet mask data.
The standard ID is three and must match that of the DOM or SCU. The IP address
should NOT conflict with others and can be set to the same IP address as the
device.
Auto Lock: The time of the device automatically lock the screen and close the backlight. It is
possible to setting the time to 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 hour or OFF.
Date and Time: The date and the time of the device. Settings are lost if the internal battery fails
or is removed.
Language: The device’s language settings can be altered at any time. The following
languages are supported:
English German French Dutch
Danish Swedish Norwegian Polish
Romanian Turkish Russian Ukrainian
simplified Chinese
Backlight: The screen brightness of the device
DKM plus: The number of the DKM plus available and the total number of the DKM plus
configured.
Local Storage: The used and total space each for Audio, VA Audio and Recording
Upload Master: The device where the D1 Designer configuration file is stored. Displayed as
follows: Device system number: Device’s name: Device’s IP
MAC address: The device’s physical address.
About: The version information of the device.
IP Address, Auto Lock time for the screen, Date & Time for the device, Language and Backlight can be changed
on the Settings page. All changes will take effect immediately.
• Only the root and poweruser can change the “IP Address”, “Date & Time”, “Language”, and
“Region” of the device.

The screen lock of the ETCS can be set individually for each user e.g. can set its own time span
until the screen lock occurs.
• The default IP address for the ETCS is 192.168.1.127.
