The device is intended exclusively for private use in domestic households, it is not suitable
for professional or industrial use. It is forbidden to use the device for purposes other than
originally intended. Furthermore, the warranty is void if the device is not operated properly.
Damages evidently resultant from transmission overload, which may appear as a
consequence of processing to large chunks of hard fruits and vegetables lead to voiding the
warranty. See the attachment for detailed terms of warranty.
XI TROUBLESHOOTING
If any irregularities in device operation are found during use, use the following information
to identify the cause and solve the issue.
No power supplied to the juicer.
Make sure that the power cable is properly connected.
Make sure that the bowl and cover are properly installed.
Make sure that the body and upper part of the device are properly installed.
The juicer will not start unless all the components are properly installed.
Low amount of pressed juice.
The amount of pressed juice depends on water contents in the processed products which
may vary.
The amount of pressed juice might be lower if the ingredients are not fresh.
Make sure that the rubber insert is properly and tightly fastened.
If there is a low water content in an ingredient it should be soaked before pressing.
If the pressed ingredient is small and has soft stones, processing several portions of juice
might gradually lower the volume of juice. To obtain as much juice as possible, take breaks
between product batches, remove and clean the upper component of the device.
Pressing efficiency and overall amount of obtained juice may be affected by stones
depositing on the bottom of the mesh.
Juice contains too much pulp.
The pressed juice may contain some amount of fine pulp, depending mostly on the type of
ingredients used. To minimize the amount of pulp in the juice, it is required to frequently
clean the upper part of the device before starting another batch of pressing.
Pulp volume depends on type of ingredients. Use fine mesh filter to remove pulp from the
juice.
If the device operation is noticeably affected by damage to the filter or auger, it is
recommended to replace these parts.
