VII DEVICE OPERATION
To obtain the best quality juice, the products need to be prepared. Peeled (if necessary) and
cleaned fruit and vegetables should be diced to match the feed chute in the cover (2).
Elongated (i.e. carrots) or fibrous products (e.g. pineapple) should be divided into smaller
chunks. For best results, the products should be gently pressed in, however take care not to
use too much force as it may diminish the juice quality and possibly damage the juicer in
extreme situations.
– place the assembled device on a stable, flat surface and connect to the power grid,
– make sure that the jug for juice (14) is placed under the outlet (8) and the cap is open,
– make sure that the jug for pulp (13) is placed under the outlet (7),
– turn on the device by sliding the button (10) to "On",
– prepared product should be placed in batches into the feed chute in the cover (2) and
pressed downwards using the plunger (1), towards the rotating auger (3).
Do not place fingers or any other items into the feed chute.
– the juice will flow directly into the jug for juice (14), whereas the pulp will be deposited in
the waste jug (13),
– the plug at the juice outlet can be closed for a short time to change the juice container as
well as after finishing work to prevent leftover juice from dripping out,
– if the auger is blocked, turn the switch (10) to „R” for 3 to 5 seconds. If problem persists,
repeat this process 2 to 3 times, next disconnect and disassemble the ESSENCE juicer (see
chapter on CLEANING) to remove the blockage.
Once all the materials are processed and the juice stops flowing, disconnect the device and
wait until it stops.
Strictly observe the allowable uninterrupted working time for the device. Exceeding the
allowable operating time may cause irrecoverable damage to the engine.
The ESSENCE juicer kit contains three filters for different types of juice (Illus. D):
A- small mesh filter for thin juice
B- large mesh filter for dense juice
C- filter for frozen fruits
TIPS
Use fresh fruit and vegetables as they contain more juice.
– carefully clean fruit and vegetables for pressing the juice,
– remove hard, inedible skin from processed products (e.g. melon, pineapple, mango) as well
as stones and hard seeds,
