Juice gets stratified.
Depending on the density of ingredients, with time the pressed juice begins to stratify. This
process is different from oxidation which occurs in high-speed juicers.
Not possible to remove the cover.
After you finish pressing the juice, the device should be operated for an additional 30
seconds. This allows to remove leftover pulp from the device.
If there is a lot of pulp remaining in the upper part of the machine, it may be difficult to open
the cover. In such a situation turn the switch in the following sequence R (reverse) – OFF –
ON (forwards), repeat 2/3-times.
Depending on used ingredients, rinse the feed chute with water to flush leftovers from the
mechanism, try opening the cover once again.
Juice flows from the device body.
If the rubber insert on the bottom of the container was not properly fitted, the juice may
flow onto the device body. Before assembling the device, make sure that the rubber insert
was fitted properly.
Juicer components are discolored.
If you do not clean the juicer directly after use, leftover pulp in the juice container may dry
up, this may cause difficulty when cleaning or disassembling the components. It may also
cause to reduce the efficiency of the device.
Ingredients rich in carotenoids (e.g. carrot, spinach) may dye the plastic components of the
device. If the component discoloration is caused by carotenoids, rub vegetable oil into the
dyed spots and clean with mild detergent.
Only use vegetable oil to clean discolored parts. Do not use it to clean the auger or filters. If
the vegetable oil gets onto the auger or filter, it may adversely affect the juicer's operation
and damage its components.
Possible uses for the juicer other than pressing juice?
The juicer is intended to press juice from fruits and vegetables.
Never use the juicer to press vegetable oil. Do not press any ingredients in the juicer
containing large amounts of animal or vegetable oil.
If the animal or vegetable oil gets into the auger or onto the filter, it may adversely affect the
juicer's operation and damage its components.
