9.2.1 Blade change
Step 1: Disconnect the power plug from the socket.
Step 2: Set the saw blade inclination angle to 0 ° (90 ° to
the saw table) and move the saw blade up as far
as possible.
Step 3: Push the sliding carriage outwards as far as pos
-
sible.
Step 4: Loosen the locking mechanism on the saw blade
guard and remove the saw blade guard.
Step 5: Loosen the three screws and remove the insert
at the table.
Step 6: Swing the protective plate away.
As long as the protective plate has not been moved back
to its original position, the engine can not run.

Step 7: Insert the pivot pin into the mounting hole behind
the saw blade.
Step 8: Use a wrench to turn the nut clockwise to loosen
it.
At this time, the pivot pin should have rotated with the
saw blade and pressed firmly against the spindle
housing to form an anchorage to rotate it.
Step 9: Remove the nut, washer and bush from the saw
blade spindle.
Step 10: Now remove the saw blade from the spindle.
Step 11: Place the new saw blade on the spindle and
make sure it is firmly seated on the hub.
Step 12: Replace the bushing, washer, and nut, and turn
the nut counterclockwise with a wrench to tigh
-
ten.
At this time, the pivot pin should have rotated with the
saw blade and pressed firmly against the spindle
housing to form an anchorage to rotate it.
Step 13: Reposition the table insert and tighten the
screws to secure it in place.
Step 14: Mount the sliding table again and secure it by
sliding the sliding table stop.

The saw blade measures 315 x 30 x 3 mm (outer dia

meter, inner diameter, thickness)
ATTENTION!
Each time you change the blade thickness, you must
fit an appropriately dimensioned cutting blade and a
suitable auxiliary saw blade.
