Align work piece and stamp to ensure center-loading

Operate the handle or open the air valve to load onto the workpiece
CAUTION:
To monitor overloading of the press and workpiece, alternately
observe the operating area and manometer and stop the pumping
process if necessary.

Stop pumping after the pressing process.
7.
In small steps, turn the pressure valve (3) anticlockwise to slowly and
carefully remove load from the workpiece.
8.
When the stamp is fully retracted, remove the workpiece.
N OTE
When using the optional accessory DDS25, it is necessary to change the stamp and
insert the corresponding pressure pin.

Handling the machine while the pressure supply (hydraulics, pneumatics) is on may
result in serious injury or death!
Disconnect the machine from the compressed air supply and ensure that the
hydraulics are depressurized!

Cleaning
Regular cleaning guarantees the long service life of your machine and is a prerequisite for its safe
operation.
N OTE
Incorrect cleaning products can attack the finish of the machine. Do not use any
solvents, nitro thinners or other cleaning products that could damage the machine's
finish.
Observe the specifications and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer.
Remove chips and dirt particles from the machine after each use with a proper tool.
