For transport the hand winch is placed
inside the body frame.
Remove the screws, washers and nuts from
the bracket.
Fix the bracket with the hand winch to the
body frame with these screws, washers and
nuts.
N OTE
Make sure that the wire rope is
positioned correctly (marked
yellow) in the idler wheels and
is well fastened to the working
table!
Place the working table (11) onto the
machine.
Move the working table to the desired
position with the hand winch (2)
Ratchet lever (2a):
Position up = direction up
Position down = direction down
Insert the bed frame pins (8a) into the
position and secure with circlips (9)
Lower the working table onto them
Then attach the two bed frame pins (8b) to
position for final fixing and secure with
circlips (9)
Place the workpiece support (4) onto the
working table
Insert the handle (6)
Check and tighten all screw connections
