7. Assembly hand wheel for height adjust-
ment of the saw blade / hand wheel saw
blade tilting
 Place the hand wheel for adjusting the height
of the saw blade (1) on the shaft and tighten
it with a screw M6x16.
 The hand wheel for adjusting the tilt of the
saw blade (2) is also mounted as described
above.
8. Assembly swivel arm
 Open the motor housing cover.
 Mount the fixing bracket (4) on the outside of
the motor housing using 4 screws (1), 4
spring washers (2) and 4 washers (3).
 At the inner side of the motor housing, screw
the 4 screws (1) to the connecting plate (5).
 Tighten the screws (1) so that the swivel arm
remains in horizontal position.
NOTE: You can check the horizontal position of
the swivel arm using a spirit level. A sloppily
mounted swivel arm leads to inaccurate cuts,
material distortion and defects!
 Reinstall the motor cover on the machine.
9. Assembly outrigger table
 Insert the threaded rod (1) of the support rod
(2) into the borehole of the extension of the
swivel arm (4).
 Insert the slot stones of the extension table
(3) into the T-slot (5) on the sliding table.
NOTE: Adjust the height of the outrigger table
using the locknut system (6). The outrigger table
must be at the same height as the main table.
Check the adjustment using a spirit level.
 As soon as you have adjusted this position, fix
the support rod with 2 locknuts (7).
 Fix the outrigger table with the two handles
(8) in position on the sliding table.
