15.2 Handling
Clamping workpiece
Observe the maximum working length and opening width of the respective machines in the
chapter Technical Data.
- Release the bed beam lock by pressing
the foot pedal for locking bed
beam(1).
- This raises the foot pedal for clamping
(2) and the bed beam (3) opens.
- Position the workpiece so that the
desired bending edge of the workpiece
touches exactly on the edge of the
bevelling bar (4).
- By pressing the foot pedal for
clamping(2), the bed beam (3) closes
and clamps the workpiece.
- By pressing the foot pedal (1) again,
the locking of the bed beam is
released.
