A safety notice designed in this way indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, may result in property damage.
Irrespective of all safety regulations, their sound common sense and corresponding technical
suitability/training are and remain the most important safety factor in the error-free operation of
the machine. Safe working depends first and foremost on you!
13 TRANSPORT
Use transport and lifting devices that correspond to the weight and dimensions of the machine.
The specifications can be found in the "Technical data" chapter. Also observe the instructions and
information on the transport packaging regarding the center of gravity, attachment points,
weight, means of transport to be used and the prescribed transport position.
W A R N I N G
Risk of injury due to suspended or unsecured load!
Damaged or insufficiently load-bearing hoists and load slings can lead to serious
injuries or death.

Always check hoists and load slings for sufficient load-bearing capacity and
perfect condition. Fasten loads carefully and never stand under suspended
loads.
Transport to the installation site (pallet truck or forklift).
The fork should be positioned centrally under the
transport packaging of the machine. Lift and transport
the machine carefully to the installation site. Ensure that
the load is secured!
NOTE: Stability for transport is only given in the
complete packing unit. If the box is dismantled, this is
no longer the case.
Forklift: To lift the machine off the transport pallet, lift
the machine using the forks on the frame and carefully
place it on the desired location.
Note: Fold up the folding beam and, in order to avoid
damage to the paint, place wood of appropriate strength
between the fork and the machine (max. 5 cm high).
14 ASSEMBLY
14.1 Preparatory activities
Check delivery content
Note visible transport damages on the delivery note and check the machine immediately after
unpacking for transport damages or missing or damaged parts. Immediately report any damage
to the machine or missing parts to your dealer or the freight forwarder.
Site requirements
Place the machine on a level, solid surface. The selected installation site of the machine must
comply with the local safety regulations as well as the ergonomic requirements for a workplace
with sufficient lighting conditions.
