17. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
18. Operate the appliance on a solid flat surface, resistant to high temperatures.
19. Do not touch the appliance during operation, as it may become very hot. Watch
out for hot steam escaping the appliance during operation.
20. Always unplug the appliance when it is not in use or prior to cleaning. Wait until
it cools down before inserting or removing the drying trays and before cleaning
or maintenance.
21. Do not cover the appliance when it is turned on. Contact with a flammable
material poses a fire hazard.
22. Do not insert large pieces of food, aluminium foil or tools into the appliance, as
doing so could cause electric shock or fire.
23. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to a mains socket.
24. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctioning.
25. Do not use the appliance if it has fallen and looks damaged.
26. Do not operate the dryer for longer than 40 hours of continuous operation. After
a drying cycle, turn the appliance off (set the switch to “0”), disconnect it from
the mains socket and leave it to cool.
27. Do not attempt to open the body or disassemble any part of the appliance.
28. Keep this manual and, if possible, the packaging.
29. If the appliance is passed on to another user, it must be accompanied by this
manual.
