Rinsing the appliance after water / milk container descaling
1. After descaling is completed, fill the milk container with water and install it in the ap -
pliance. Place a cup/mug under the grouphead.
2. Move the milk froth adjustment slider to the maximum (+) position and press the Latte
button. Hold for about 3 seconds to activate the cleaning function. Let water flow thro-
ugh the internal components for about 30 seconds, and then press the Latte button
again to stop the process.
3. Repeat the rinsing procedure after descaling until vinegar can no longer be smelled.
The appliance does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not repair the
appliance on your own. Always have the appliance repaired by a professional.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized
customer service or other qualified personnel.
Before you contact a customer service center, check the following list of most
frequent problems:
