4. When cleaning the appliance, do not immerse it in water.
5. When cleaning parts that come into contact with food, follow
the instructions in section 8. Cleaning and maintenance.
6. Warning! Make sure no water or other liquid is poured over the
connection of the power cord with the appliance.
7. Warning! Hot surface! Risk of burns! During operation,
some external surfaces of the appliance may become very
hot. Do not touch hot surfaces and keep away from the
steam coming out of the appliance. Hold the appliance by its
handle only.
8. Warning! Using the appliance for purposes other than the
intended use may result in burns. The heating surfaces of the
appliance remain hot immediately after use.
9. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, a service center representative, or a properly
qualified individual, so as to avoid hazard.
10. Detailed instructions concerning safe operation of the
appliance can be found in a further part of this instruction
manual.

purposes such as:
a) dining room equipment at a store, at an office, or in other
