Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact our
customer service department.
Never attempt to repair a defective device yourself!
Problem

The device does not work.
The mains plug is not in-
serted correctly in the plug
socket.
Correct the fi t of the mains
plug.
The plug socket is
defective.
Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
Check the fuse of the
mains connection.
The device has not been
switched on via the
fi eld (

).
Touch the
fi eld or press
the corresponding button
on the remote control.
The fuse in the fuse box is
triggered.
Too many devices con-
nected to the same circuit.
Reduce the number of
devices in the circuit.
The air is not cold.
There is not enough water
in the water tank (

Fill the water tank.
The water in the water
tank (

) is too warm.
Empty the water tank and
refi ll it with fresh, cool
water.
Replace the freezer pack.
The honeycomb fi lter (

dirty.
Clean the honeycomb fi lter.
The honeycomb fi lter (

) is
worn.
Replace the honeycomb
fi lter.
The pump is not automati-
cally raised when the water
tank is removed from the
device.
The freezer pack has been
