6. Interior Structure

6.13 Seatbelts in the motor home

The seating arrangements are fitted with safety belts.

• Fasten seat belts before driving and keep them faste

ned while driving.

• Do not damage or jam the seatbelts. Damaged seat

belts should be replaced by an authorised workshop.

• Do not alter the seatbelt fixings; the automatic retrac

tion system or the buckles.

• Only use each seatbelt for one adult. Do not fasten ob

jects and people using only one seatbelt.

• Seatbelts alone are not suitable for persons under 150 cm

tall. In such cases use additional restraining equipment.

• Replace seatbelts after an accident.

• Do not twist the seatbelt; it should fit closely to your

body.

• Grasp the tongue and insert it in the lock of the seatbelt

until you hear it snap shut.

Buckling the seatbelt

Do not twist the seatbelt.

Please note the overview of the seating arrangements for

your vehicle. Certain seats may not be used while driving!

• Guide the upper part of the seatbelt over your shoulder and

diagonally across your chest.

• The lower part of the seatbelt fits across your hips.

Unbuckling the seatbelt

• Press the button on the lock of the seatbelt to unlock the

tongue.
