12. Maintenance and Care 191

Optima De Luxe with Premium rear end

The following is a description of how to change the bulbs in
the direction indicator (blinker) and rear lights.

The rear lights in the Premium rear end (optional extra) are

fitted with LED lights, whereby each individual light has a

standardised alignment. Individual LED lamps may there

fore of approving technical reasons not be replaced with a

defect , the complete taillight must be replaced.

Unscrewing the screws

Light bulbs

• To change the bulbs: start by

carefully removing the cover

at the indicated place

clipping it out of the retainer.

Rear light with LED

• Then unscrew the 3 screws

order to remove the rear light and
expose the bulbs.

• Simply unscrew the defect bulb

from the socket and replace it.

• Carry out this procedure in reverse

to put everything back in place.
