When POWER-ON, LCD full display for 1 second, the BUZZER beep once, and the motor
reverse back to zero point.
2.
If does not detect motor’s count signal input for 4 seconds, then LCD bar display “E4”. If press
START/STOP key for more than 2 seconds, then it could execute RESET function to reset all
function to the status when power-on.

Key definition
1. START/STOP
：
A. Start.
B. When pause, to resume.

：
A. When setting parameters, press to return to main menu.
B. Press for 3 seconds to reset.

RECOVERY : A. With heart rate signal, press to enter RECOVERY mode.

Function mode
Manual- Normal mode
Select normal mode “Manual”, then press ENTER to select and set resistance parameter, press ENTER again to
set time----distance----calorie----target heart rate, could press UP or DOWN to increase/decrease parameter
value, and after setting press START to start running. When running, could press UP or DOWN to increase or
decrease resistance.
PROGRAM- Built-in mode
Select mode “Program”, then press ENTER to confirm mode, could press UP or DOWN to select P1----P2, and
after selection press ENTER to confirm. Enter to set resistance parameter, and press ENTER to set time----
distance----calorie----target heart rate, could press UP or DOWN to increase/decrease parameter, after setting
