3. Disassembling the Second Shaft (F) (Fig. 5)
First, remove the Ball Bearing 608VVC2PS2L

being received, use a press to push the end face of the Second Shaft (F)

and remove
the Gear (F)

from the Second Shaft (F)

. Then remove the Retaining Ring For D17 Shaft

. With a lateral surface of the Recipro Plate (F)

being received, use a press to
push the end face of the Second Shaft (F)

(i.e., surface parallel to lateral surface of the Recipro Plate

) and remove the Recipro Plate (F)

as one assembly. Finally, remove the Retaining Ring For
D35 Hole

and then remove the two Ball Bearings 6003VVCM (Nylon Retainer)

from the Recipro

4. Disassembling the Inner Cover (F) and Housing (Fig. 6)
Remove the two Brush Caps

and two Carbon Brushes

. Use a plastic hammer to gently strike the
front ventilator window of the Housing

. This will separate the Inner Cover (F)

and Armature

from the Housing

. Do not to strike the fan with the plastic hammer. Also remove the Fan Guide (F)
