Wiring when attaching the optical engine
When attaching the optical engine (1) Be cautious of pinching the wires when
attaching the optical engine (CNLC, AC lead, #6608 (wind speed sensor))
(2) Fasten the #6608 lead with tape (3) Fasten the earth lead with screws, and
wire it
(4) Connect CNRM (5) Connect FEB2 and FEB5 to CNFG and
the earth lead
(6) Fasten the lamp fan lead with tape
Pass B fan lead through the hook on the duct upper. (To prevent it from being pinched inside the bottom case rib, and also to prevent it from coming in contact with the elevator foot.)

Make
sure
the
lamp
fan
lead
is
fas-
tened
from
the
top
of
the
fan
to
the
front of the fan
with tape, to prevent
the fan cable from being unhooked.

After
connecting
the
igniter
lead
to
the
lamp
soket,
place
the
ferrite
core
in
the
location
indi-
cated by the diagram.

In order to prevent the CNFG lead
being
pinched
between
the boss of the bottom case, make sure to push a surplus amount of length in the direc- tion indicated by the diagonal line on the diagram.

Use
screws
to
fasten
one
end
of
CNFG
to
the ballast holder in the direction
indicated
on
the diagram.

fasten

tightly.
When
attaching,
make
sure
that
the
round
connector
fittings
do
not
touch the input board pattern.

should
be
styled
by
passing
through
the
earth
lead
twice
and
CNFG
lead
once.
Both
the
earth
lead
and
the
CNFG
lead
should
be passed through once for FEB5.

Fasten
the
#6608
to
the
side
of
the optical engine with tape, in the position indicated by the diagram.

Pass the #6608 underneath the
optical
engine,
in
the
position
indicated
by
the
diagram. (Be cautious not to pinch it between the optical engine and bottom case)
