Wiring of the power supply units
Wiring of the circuit power unit (1) Connect CNPW1 and TSW, attach FEB4 to CNPW1 and
#6800, and secure the SK binder
(2) Wire the AC lead (3) Connect the CNPWR, attach FEB1

Attach the FEB1 (ferrite core) to CNPWR, leave it on the same side as the CN101.
When
attaching
the
CNPWR
connector
to
CN101,
make sure it locks in place completely.

passes

(In
order
to
prevent
pinching
when attaching the ballast holder.)

#6800.
Leave
it
at
a
5
to
10mm
distance
away
from
CN102.
Then
secure
the
TSW,
CNPW1,

#6800
cables
with
the
SK
binder so that FEB4 (ferrite core) cannot be shifted. Confirm
that
the
core
is
not
pinching
the
cable, and that it is securely locked in place.
Important
The
TSW
and
#6800
cables
on
top
of
the
power
supply
board
should
never
sag
(Otherwise,
wiring
operations will not be possible in the manufacturing process afterwards due to insufficient wire length) Make sure the #6800 cable passes the inside of the power supply case.

Confirm

are securely connected (It will not be possible to confirm this in the manufacturing process later)
Wiring of the ballast power unit (1) Connect and wire the CNBAR (2) Wire the igniter lead, attach the FEB3

be

violation
of
these
laws/
standards
in
the
case
that
these
opera-
tions
are
not
carried
out
according
to
the
instructions.
Assemble
according
to
the
operation instructions.

Confirm that CNBAR is securely connected. (It

be
possible

confirm
this

the
