4. Use the pin to lock the axle
where the strap was mounted.

3. Remove the pin. Do not let go
of the spring loaded wheel, since
the tension will release.

2. Hold the spring loaded wheel
and release the strap by removing
the pin.

Pull the strap all the way out.
