4.6.4 Configuration > Ports
LD900 data input and output is available via serial (
COM
), with TCP/IP socket (
ICOM
) providing output only. A
Moxa serial port expansion unit
can be used to convert ICOM to serial (
P
) where required.
4.6.4.1
Configuration > Ports > COM (1 to 3)
To select a specific COM port for input or output use the arrow buttons and tick to select the required
COM#
port. A
COM# Settings
page will then be displayed. With
Baud Rate
highlighted use tick to
Edit
the baud rate if
required. LD900 COMs 1-3 are set to a baud rate of 115200 by default but support a baud rate between 1200 to
460800. Use the Arrow keys followed by tick to select the required baud rate.
Once returned to the
COM# Settings
page, use the arrow buttons to highlight
Additional Settings
and tick to
Edit
. Use the up and down arrow buttons to navigate through the options and tick to
Edit
as required:
NOTE
Heading must be licensed and
before the HDT NMEA sentence will become available for selection.
INS must be licensed before the PASHR NMEA, INSPVA, HEAVE and TSS1 sentences will become available
f or selection.
