4.7.7 Receiver > Export
Within the
Export
page, the
Export Now
option is available. In the event of receiver issues such as loss of
solution, this option provides a method for exporting data to USB drive (FAT32 f ormat) for further analysis.
The LD900 will retain the last 72 hours of logs. When exporting data for analysis by VERIPOS support it is
recommended to provide data commencing from three hours prior to an event until one hour af ter. Data will be
exported to a file titled ‘ld900_archive_data.zip’. When exporting from multiple systems to one USB drive, each
f ile must be manually renamed or removed after each export, to avoid overwriting a file.
4.7.8 Receiver > Restart
Within the
Restart
menu page, the
Restart
option is available. This allows the system to restart while
preserving all user-configured settings. A
Factory Reset
option is also available, which should only be carried
out under the advice of VERIPOS Support.
To restart or f actory reset the system, use the arrow keys to toggle between
Restart
and
Factory Reset
as
required and press tick. When selecting
Factory Reset
a confirmation dialog will be shown. Click
Yes, Reset
and use tick to confirm.
