2.7.3.

Installing and removing the battery

You may need to install or remove the battery, e.g. when replacing the battery.

Before installing or removing the battery: first, place the

locking tabs

in the "Unlocked" position;

install or remove the

battery

, then place the locking tabs in the "Locked" position again.

When installing or removing the battery, eCAFÉ™ must be switched off and disconnected from

the mains supply.

Use only

Hercules

batteries that are fully identical to the original batteries included with your

eCAFÉ™. Failure to comply with these instructions may cause damage to your eCAFÉ™. Likewise,
the use of an inappropriate battery may cause a risk of explosion. Please comply with the applicable
regulations when discarding used device batteries.
