Cleaning and maintenance
• Always remove the plug from the socket be-
fore cleaning the appliance.
• Beware: Never immerse the appliance in wa-
ter or any other liquid!
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a
damp cloth (water with mild detergent).
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abra-
sives or chlorinated cleaners. Do not use any
sharp or pointed objects. Do not use petrol or
solvents! Clean with a damp cloth and deter-
gent if necessary. Do not use abrasive mate-
rials.
• Clean and descale the bottom of the boiler at
regular intervals (see chapter “Descaling”).
• When you drain off beverage or dirty water,
leave the tap open and rinse the boiler with
clean water.
• Avoid water contacting the electrical compo-
nents.
• Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash
the device.
• After cleaning the device, all parts should be
dried completely before using it again.
• Store the machine in a dry place, do not plug
in when not in use.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not function properly, please check the below table for the solution. If you are
still unable to solve the problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.
Problem
Possible solution
Ingredients clog up in the pump
1. Flush the pump by connecting the tube to the curved
hose
2. Dismantle the pump to remove blockage.
The temperature does not reach
100°C
1. Cover with lid for 1 – 2 minutes
2. Adjust temperature settings.
C1 - temperature adjustment in
Celsius
Press „-” and „+” simultaneously in C1 temperature ad-
justment mode. Temperature can be adjusted by between
– 10°C and +10°C.
F1- temperature adjustment in
Fahrenheit
Press „-” and „+” simultaneously in F1 temperature
adjustment set-tings. Temperature can be adjusted by
between – 50°F to +50°F.
ERR-1 appears on the display
1. The temperature is below – 20°C – low temperature
warning.
2. The sensor connection is not tight.
3. Open the bottom and check the sensor – if it is not
connected, then re-connect it.
ERR-2 appears on the display
1. The temperature exceeds 120°C – boiler overheated/
dry warning.
2. Sensor damage – contact your nearest service.
The device switches off by itself
during the heating-up stage.
1. Reduce the heating power.
2. Replace safety thermostat (protecting against over-
heating).
