V. USING INSTRUCTIONS
Before First Use
Remove all promotional stickers and packaging material.
Before using for the first time, wash loose parts (removable bowl and lid) in hot water with
a little washing up liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
Ensure the interior of the housing is clean and clear of any debris.
Assembly and Operation
1. Before placing the removable crockery bowl in the housing, ensure the exterior is
clean. This will ensure proper contact with the inner cooking surface.
2. Place the prepared food into the removable crockery bowl, ensuring denser foods are
spread evenly across the bottom of the bowl and not heaped to one side. Place the glass lid
into position.
3. Insert the removable crockery bowl into the housing.
4. Plug the power outlet and switch the power on at the power outlet.
5. Using the function switch, select the cooking function of choice (the indicator light will
illuminate) and if cooking times allow, select the HIGH setting in preference to the low
setting.

Cooking food on HIGH will require less time than cooking at LOW.

The slow cooker can operate on LOW all day and night if required.
6. When the cooking is complete, select the WARM function to keep the food warm
(maximum 4 hours) until it is ready to serve.
