Cord Assembly Removal 

Remove the bolt from the pump 

housing using a 7/16" socket. 

Remove the 4 screws 

from the motor. 

 

Pull the plug away from the motor.

 

Note: When replacing the cord assembly  

clean surface thoroughly and use  

new o-ring and RTV #162 White  

Silicone for a water tight seal.
