Outils et auxiliaires requis

Pour installer correctement le joint pour câbles standard 

HRD SG b40, les outils et dispositifs d‘aide suivants sont 

nécessaires en plus des outils standard :

1 clé dynamométrique, 1/4 pouce

1 extension de 100 mm, 1/4 pouce

1 adaptateur pour visseuse à accu 100 mm, 1/4 pouce

1 embout de tournevis, 1/4 pouce

Préparer le montage

Nettoyer le carottage/la gaine et les câbles.

Remplir et lisser toutes les rugosités et/ou cavités.

Contrôler les dimensions des carottages/gaines D (+2/-1) 

mm et des câbles d (+1/-2) mm (voir ill.: 3).

Ouvrir standard HRD SG b40, retirer le joint factice 

correspondant et ôter les segments circulaires pour 

les séparer (voir ill.: 4). 

Retirer le nombre de segments circulaires requis 

en fonction du diamétre de câble mesuré 

(voir le 

tableau 1)

  Le nombre de segments sectionnés doit être 

le même pour tous les segments de joint 

annulaire associés (voir ill.: 6).

  Les anneaux à segments doivent être retirés 

sans résidus.

      

•

  Si un nombre trop important de segments a 

été retiré, le joint pour câbles doit être com-

plétement remplacé.

      

•

  

Les orifi ces non occupés doivent rester 

obturés.

  Dans la zone d‘étanchéité, les câbles ne 

peuvent pas présenter de stries longitudinales 

continues. Le cas échéant, pousser le câble 

vers l‘avant ou l‘arriére jusqu‘à ce que les 

stries longitudinales ne soient plus visibles.

      

•

  En règle générale, tout défaut sur un câble 

ou la gaine du câble doit être signalé aux 

personnes compétentes.

      

•

  Du personnel spécialisé doit le cas échéant 

vérifi er que le câble puisse être utilisé.

      

•

  Faire en sorte que tout danger soit évité.

      

•

  Appliquer pour cela les dispositions de 

l'association professionnelle des électriciens 

allemands (VDE).

      

•

  L’intérieur du fourreau doit être propre, séche 

et libre de graisse.
