Advanced tab selected:

Click either “Device DD” or “Generic DD” depending on which DD is to be loaded when connecting
to a device.

Check the “Don’t Connect to Device On Startup” t
o start DevCom2000 without connecting to a
device. Clicking “New Device” will connect to a device after this start up.

OK
to save the changed settings.

Click
Yes
if you want to save the changes. Clicking no will not save the changes.

Restart DevCom2000 for the changes to take place.
