Maintenance of the peristaltic pump.
The pump line has reached the end of its service life after 500/600 hours of operation
(chemical compatibility) and must be replaced annually.
The hoses of the inlet and outlet line must be replaced every two years.
The nozzles should be descaled and rinsed every two years. The lime scale can block the
supply or return. We recommend using chlorine with anti-lime scale (ZWCX1232).
The pumps should always be higher than the supplied fluids.
Use the correct, prescribed products for the pump hoses and the santoprene hose.
Warnings
•
Improper installation can create an electrical or chemical risk, which can result in
serious injury.
•
Never mix acid and liquid chlorine.
•
Keep the equipment and chemicals out of the reach of children. Always wear safety
gloves and goggles when working on the system.

If you are not familiar with the pool filter system and dosing equipment:
- read the complete installation and operating instructions before using the dosing
equipment.

Note: Extremely important:
1) Always turn off the power when you have the equipment repaired or serviced.
2) When sending the unit for servicing, make sure the measuring probes are always in
storage liquid when sending it. If the measuring probes are dry for 3 to 4 hours, this
can affect the next measurements resulting in wrong measurements.
