10 Troubleshooting
The troubleshooting guide is used to identify the causes of common problems and how they can be rectified. Contact the an
authorized service center if the problem cannot be rectified with the help of the troubleshooting guide.
Problem Possible cause Action
The product do not lift.
There is not enough hydraulic fluid in
the tank. Check that the valve is not leaking. Refill
hydraulic fluid.
The non-return valve does not close
properly. Clean the lowering valve. Refer to “5.4 To clean
the lowering valve” on page 27.
Worn 0-ring in hydraulic cylinder. Contact an authorized service center.
The forks drop after lifting.
The non-return valve does not close

adjusted. Load the product and adjust the lowering
valve with the adjusting screw.
Leaking oil from the valves.
Do a check where the leak comes from, tighten
all nuts and bolts. Contact an authorized
service center if the problem continues.
The forks do not lower.
The chain defective. Replace the chain.
The chain for lifting/lowering is
incorrectly adjusted. Adjust the tension of the chain, refer to “5.5 To
adjust the chain” on page 27.
The fork link is damaged. Replace damaged parts.
The lever will not go to position B.
The chain for lifting/lowering is
