6 Transport
●
The product must be secured when transported so that it
cannot roll or move. Remove any debris from the product.
7 Storage
●
Lower the forks completely to release the pressure in the
hydraulic circuit. This prolongs the life span of the seals
and valves.
●
Store the product and all accessories in a clean, dry and
frost-free place, protected from direct sunlight and out of
the reach of children. The best storage temperature is 5 to
30°C.
●
Store the product if possible in the original pack.
●
Cover the product to protect it from dust and dirt.
8 Disposal
●
Make sure that you follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product.

5.2 To bleed the hydraulic system
Note!
The product shold be unloaded when doing this
process.
1
Make sure that the product is unloaded
2
Push the steer handle down until it comes to
completely stop. Set the position lever to the “lower
position” (Position A) to release the pressure.
3
While the position lever is set on A (lowering
position) pump the handle with full stroke length
several times to bleed the hydraulic system.
4
Repeat the process until all air has escaped from the
system.
5.3 To fill the hydraulic oil
Caution!
The forks should be on it’s lowest position.
Make sure there is no pressure in the system.
Check the oil level every 6 months. The oil capacity is about
0.3 L. The oil should be 5 mm below the top. The filler plug is
located on top of the hydraulic tank.
1
Remove the filler plug, (Figure 11)
2
Fill the tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to “9 Technical
data” on page 27.
3
Bleed the hydraulic system after the tank is filled.
Refer to “5.2 To bleed the hydraulic system” on page

5.4 To clean the lowering valve
In time the lowering valve can become blocked and stop
working correctly. Flush the hydraulic system according to
the instructions below:
1
Put the lever in position C.
2
Pump the handle quickly until the forks reach their
full height.
3
Pull the lever to position A to open the lowering valve.
5.5 To adjust the chain
●
When the forks is on it’s highest position the chain should
be taut. If the chain is loose adjust the screw holding the
chain.
