Do not allow anyone to climb on lift or stay inside vehicle.
After raising the vehicle briefly, stop and check adapters for secure contact
with flat manufacturer supported lift points and arm restraints are engaged.
Once the disk adapters contact the lift points, check arm restraints for engagement.
Make sure the vehicle doors are closed during raising and lowering cycles.
In case of defects or malfunctions such as jerky lift movement or deformation of the
superstructure, support or lower the lift immediately.
Turn off and padlock the power supply. Contact qualified service personnel.
5.1 Operating procedure points
This product is designed to raise vehicles only for the purpose of examination, repairs and maintenance only.
This
hoist is not designed to be used in high moisture environments such as outside areas, wash down areas. Warranty is
covered if used inside for its intended use.
More detailed descriptions of points are represented in subsequent sections.
5.1.1 Pre operation checks

Ensure you have read and understood all manuals and safety procedures.
Ensure any maintenance and repairs have been completed and signed off.

•
Foundations are visibly sound
•
Safety release mechanisms are functional
•
Arm locks are functional
•
Cables are sound, tensioned and not frayed, rusted
•
Visible check that electrical cords are sound
•
Pads are not damaged
•
Arm locks are functional
•
For visible structural defects
•
Check limit switch operation if installed
5.1.2 Operation
Ensure all vehicles are loaded with lift fully down. Carefully align pads with correct mounting locations on vehicle.
