compressed air. Never use de-
tergent or washing-up liquid to
clean the hygiene filter. Clean
the foam filter if necessary.
8. Let the hygiene filter
dry
com-
pletely
(at least 24 hours).
9. Reinsert the foam filter and
the hygiene filter and close the
dust bin lid (2).
10. Put the dust bin (4) back into
the appliance.

Cleaning the coarse dust
filter
The coarse dust filter (43) is inside
the dust bin lid (2).
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.

2. Press the handle with dust
bin release button (15) for the
dust bin (4) and lift the dust bin
upwards by the carrying han-
dle (1) to remove it from the
appliance.

3. Remove the dust bin cov-
er (2) as described in section
“Emptying the dust bin” on
page EN-19.
4. Remove the coarse dust fil-
ter (43) from the dust bin (4)
by the carrying handle (1).
5. Carefully tap residual dust out
of the coarse dust filter over a
waste bin.
6. Place the coarse dust fil-
ter back on the dust bin and
screw it tight.
7. Put the dust bin back into the
appliance.
Cleaning or changing the
exhaust air filter
The exhaust air filter is behind the
vent (11).
